As a natural light photographer, I do my best to capture life as it happens in a comfortable, casual setting.  Using minimal props & accessories, I love soft colors & neutral palettes that don't detract from the beautiful details and faces in front of the lens. All newborn sessions take place in the comfort of the family’s home. I recommend scheduling sessions within the first 2-3 weeks of life. I believe babies are beautiful and my goal is to capture the special connection between you & your newborn so nothing is overly posed or planned, but rather lifestyle based– no babies will be posed in buckets, only in your arms. 

In order to make your newborn session successful we will need plenty of natural light coming into the room. All room lights will be turned off and there must be large windows in the rooms to provide enough natural light. You'll want to use your favorite outfit for the baby and simple wraps.

Contact me for pricing. Sessions may run up to 2 hours in length with plenty of breaks to care for the newborn’s needs.  Newborn sessions will be held Monday - Friday in the AM.
