Lauren & Daniel
Daniel was immediately taken by how sweet & honest Lauren was when he first met her. As Lauren explained why she was late for their first date, helping a young child get playdoh out of her hair, her smile and eyes made the biggest impression on Daniel. When the day came, Daniel purchased tickets to go to the Opera: Salome. It was located at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in Los Angeles. The ring was tied inside a handkerchief, stashed inside Daniel’s coat pocket. They sat outside the balcony after the show to ‘enjoy the sunset’, allowing people to clear the area. Then, it happened. Daniel was down on one knee and, grinning from ear to ear, asking for her hand in marriage. And Lauren excitedly said ‘Yes’!
The Wedding Day
The Jiggett’s Home proved to be the perfect wedding venue for Lauren & Daniel to tie the knot. Located near Canton’s historic square, the outstanding features of this vintage home are its beautiful oak floors, mahogany grand staircase & large wrap around porches. Their ceremony took place on the back lawn under a gorgeous arch while being surrounded by their family & friends from all over the world. The couple opted to do a First Look, which is where they take a moment to see each other prior to the ceremony. This allows up to have plenty of time & natural light for photographs. It also allows the day to flow smoothly, which everyone appreciates! While rainclouds surrounded the area all day, it somehow skipped their wedding, for which we are so thankful. It proved to be the perfect wedding day.
Lauren & Daniel – My team & I truly enjoyed spending your wedding day with both of you! Thank you for allowing us to document one of the most special days in your lives. xoxo, Lindsay
