Mackenzie & Eric exchanged handwritten vows and tied the knot at the new Mississippi wedding venue, Magnolia Lake Venue, which is located in Pelahatchie, Mississippi! Mackenzie’s parent’s built this wedding venue initially for them to get married in (as well as her sister, Bailey), but are now renting it out to other brides for their weddings! This particular August wedding day was extremely hot, around 100 degrees, but everyone was willing to tough it out for the sake of the photos, which I believe was totally worth all the sweat! ;-). Mackenzie & Eric first met in Starkville, MS through mutual friends. Their first date was Newks (they say it was very romantic..haha) and they dated for 4 years before tying the knot! Eric proposed to Mackenzie at her sister’s ‘surprise’ party, which was really set up for the proposal! They have a big love for their sweet pup, Annie, which made a surprise visit on the wedding day. Their wedding day was filled with love and laughter from their closest family & friends, which all came together for their celebration. As always, my photography team had a great time working with everyone at their wedding & had a blast celebrating them both! Congratulations Mackenzie & Eric!
