For over 5 years, Emilee had been dreaming of her perfect wedding day…what it would look like, how it would flow exactly, her floral arrangements & color tones for the wedding, having her best friends by her side, etc. And, I’m pleased to say, that everything came together beautifully on their wedding day.
The sun was shining brightly, it was a warm day and the location was perfect! Emilee and Tre’ had an absolutely gorgeous wedding day at the McClain Lodge wedding venue, located in Flowood, Mississippi. Their day began in the Lodge, as the girls prepared their hair & makeup, provided by Heart & Soul by Ally Nicole. The lovely couple opted to do a First Look, where the bride & groom get to see each other prior to the ceremony, and spend some quality time together. It always proves to be a very special moment between the couple. From there, we ventured around McClain Lodge and photographed some incredibly beautiful bride & groom portraits (see below). Emilee was truly a gorgeous bride! She was wearing an Allure Couture wedding gown from Bliss Bridal, located in Hattiesburg, MS. The bridesmaids looked gorgeous in their light blue bridesmaid dresses and the groomsmen looked sharp in their French blue suits. Their ceremony setting was lit with stringing warm lights hanging across the isle, and while the sun set in the the background, Emilee & Tre’ exchanged vows to a forever love to one another.
At the reception, held in McClain’s reception venue, the party was started by Supreme DJ Services (Benny) who got the right songs playing in the background as the couple enjoyed the company of their guests. The wedding cake was by provided by That Special Touch, whose cakes are delicious every single time. Family & friends danced with glow sticks and glowing floral crowns. They also had a fun Photo Booth for guests to document their night!
